The Oro del Salento® farm lovingly tends to ancient olive groves and lands passed down by the Paiano Angelo family company, gathering and selecting only the best fruits that produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Depending on the terrain and the type of plant, the oil carries aromas and characteristic tastes, followed by a selected range of other products that complement perfectly, creating new recipes for appetizers, lunch, and dinner.
