70% “Cime di rapa” turnip tops, broccoli, capers, anchovies, lemon zest, vinegar, chili pepper, salt and a pinch of white wine, ultimately, packaged, pasteurized and preserved in extra virgin olive oil.

This product is a very traditional first dish in Apulia and can be enjoyed simply with some broccoli or some pasta sauce.
You can have it in 190g jars, which is estimated for a serving of two pastas and we recommend you store it away form sources of light and in a dry place up until 24 month of its production date. Once open, add a bit of olive oil on top and store it in the fridge.
