The Paiano Angelo firm takes care of secular olive trees, harvests and selects the best fruits only, getting in this way a high quality extra-virgin olive oil, with different and particular flavours depending on the land position and the kind of tree.

Extra-virgin olive oil Tenute Paiano ™and extra-virgin olive oil Tenuta Paiano "Casciani" (the name of Paiano family's estate), both oils are produced with Salento olives; both fit to sharp customers, careful to life, health, wealth and flavours every day.
